Digital Foundations is designed to build confidence with technology while creating clear pathways to employment, certification, and future opportunities.
Participants can choose between two options:

A 3-Part Beginner Series 1 hour workshops based on Grow with Google
Perfect for those who are new to technology or want to strengthen their everyday digital skills.
Participants will:
Learn the basics of devices, the internet, and digital navigation
Build skills using email, documents, and online tools
Explore how digital skills connect to jobs, income, and career growth

A Self-Guided Learning Experience
For participants ready to go deeper, Digital Pathways offer structured, supported tracks toward industry-recognized certifications.

Cybersecurity
IT Support
AI & Emerging Technologies
Participants will:
Complete a digital skills assessment
Receive a personalized learning plan
Engage in self-paced training (including Grow with Google)
Receive 1:1 coaching and technical support
Work toward certification and career readiness
Who Should Apply
Digital Foundation courses are open to:
Anyone interested in basic digital literacy or learning a new digital skill
People starting or switching careers
Small business owners or folks with side hustles that want to grow their business

Intro to Digital Literacy Workshops
Getting Comfortable with Technology: July 8th · 6:30–8:00 PM
Learn what digital literacy really means in everyday life, how to navigate devices (phones, laptops, browsers), understand the internet (searching, tabs, safety basics), and create/manage email accounts.
Communicating & Getting Things Done Online: July 15th · 6:30–8:00 PM
Learn email basics (sending, replying, attachments), how to create simple documents using Google Docs, organize files in Google Drive, and use Zoom/Google Meet effectively.
